John graduated from Notre Dame in 1999. Shortly after, he began his career with Deloitte’s audit group. While at Deloitte, John obtained the Certified Public Accountant designation from the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He then transitioned to the financial services industry in New York in 2004, working as a credit analyst with both Moody’s Investors Service and Credit Agricole Bank.
John realized that he wanted to transition from the institutional side of the business to working more closely with families and businesses, so he joined Merrill Lynch’s private wealth management group in 2010, where he gained deep experience in developing highly tailored investment plans and providing guidance across various asset classes and market cycles. He then transitioned to Stifel in 2024 to grow his practice and address his clients’ growing needs. He believes his background in both accounting and finance provides him a unique ability to address both sides of his clients’ balance sheet. He believes that a holistic approach to wealth management creates the best opportunity for clients who have different needs and objectives. Before the process begins, John conducts a thorough discovery meeting to understand his clients’ current financial situation, retirement goals, and other financial objectives.
John holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses. He earned the Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor™ designations.
John has lived and worked in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, since 2018. Outside the office, he enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible, while also volunteering for various charities.
